Fredy España

Fredy España began their work experience in 2018 as a Payload Module Leader - Quetzal 1 at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, where they worked until December 2019. In 2020, they joined Eshop Group, S.A. as a Development & Innovation Engineer for seven months. Fredy then transitioned to Cognits later that year as a Developer, a role they held until January 2022. At Cognits, they also took on the role of Scrum Master starting in January 2022. Currently, they are working as a Teacher at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala starting from July 2022.

Fredy España's education history includes several notable experiences. Fredy obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad de Cádiz, which they attended from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala from 2015 to 2019.

Fredy also engaged in additional educational activities that enhanced their knowledge and skills. Fredy participated in an Aerospace information technologies Summerschool at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. Additionally, they worked as an intern on mechanical design at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Fredy has completed various courses. Fredy obtained a certification in "When Negotiation's about More than Money: How to Negotiate (Almost) Anything" from LinkedIn in October 2022. Furthermore, they hold certifications as a Registered Product Owner and a Registered Scrum Master from Scrum Inc. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Team Kanban Practitioner from Kanban University.
