Beatriz Silva

Beatriz Silva has a robust background in project management and engineering within the technology and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as an Epic Owner and Scrum Master at Infineon Technologies since July 2025, Beatriz previously held the position of Project Engineering Manager at Synopsys Inc and served as a Project Manager at Critical Manufacturing, focusing on software project management. Prior experience includes work as a Simultaneous Engineer for Testing at Bosch Portugal, where project management and international team coordination were key responsibilities, and as a Researcher at INESC Technology and Science, contributing to decision support methodologies in e-commerce. Beatriz's technical competencies include proficiency in Stata and R programming, Excel, SQL for database manipulation, and data analytics.
