Paul Pajo serves as the OIC Director and Incubation Management Head at Benilde HiFi, where responsibilities include leading the Hub of Innovation for Inclusion and managing technology business incubation. Pajo is also a co-founder and founding board member of Embiggen Consulting, focusing on innovation strategy for emerging markets. As a private investor, Pajo has participated in funding initiatives such as Gumroad and WeFunder. Additionally, Pajo is a limited partner at Behind Genius Ventures and Backend Capital, investing in early-stage tech companies. In governance roles, Pajo contributes as a board member for Plentina, advising on financial services for emerging markets, and as a startup advisor for Cognity Labs, which supports AI-enabled startups. Pajo has held the position of local ambassador for AngelHack in Manila and has co-founded Coconut.ph, a company specializing in coconut-based products.
