Daphne Lin Yuin Sam

Daphne Lin Yuin Sam has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Daphne Lin started their career in 2008 as a Senior Administrative Assistant at BCS Information Systems Private Limited. From there, they worked at AIA Shared Services Sdn Bhd as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2012, they joined arvato Systems Malaysia as a Human Resource Executive. In 2015, they served as an HR Business Partner at HCL Axon, before moving on to Global Enterprise International Malaysia as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources. In 2016, they worked at Arvato Systems Malaysia as an HR Business Partner, serving as both a Manager and Associate Manager. In 2019, they worked as the Head of People Strategy at an IT Startup before joining Cognixus Technologies Sdn Bhd as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Daphne Lin has also been the Managing Director of Hexfere Services Sdn Bhd since 2020.

Daphne Lin Yuin Sam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Westminster International College, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Management from SEGi College Subang Jaya from 2009 to 2011. Daphne Lin also holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC), which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Daphne Sam completed their secondary education with a SPM certification in Business/Commerce from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Yu Hua between 1997 and 2000.
