Kristina Poliakova

Kristina Poliakova is a Junior Data Engineer at Cognizant Mobility, with previous experience as a Data Engineer at Capgemini and a Student Researcher with the iGEM 2024 Munich team, where a custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation chatbot was developed, earning a nomination among the top three in a major competition. Kristina has a strong background in software development, demonstrated through the creation of a RESTful API and a graphical interface for data visualization at Scandio GmbH, as well as research experience in protein folding at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics and another in Biochemistry from the Technical University of Munich, alongside foundational studies in a Studienkolleg at Technische Universität Berlin.
