Abby Mastrella

Abby Mastrella currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of HR Strategy, Transformation, and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at Cognizant, a role assumed in December 2023. Prior to this, Abby held several positions at Paychex between October 2019 and December 2023, including Senior Manager of HR Strategy and Transformation, where responsibilities included developing HR programs and overseeing strategic planning processes, and HR Strategy Manager & Chief of Staff to the CHRO, providing support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and leading key HR initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing the Talent Acquisition function in a rotational role. Abby holds an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and also studied at SUNY Geneseo.
