Aditya Gaur

Aditya Gaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Team Lead at Cognizant since May 2025, Aditya focuses on team performance and client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Aditya held the position of Operations Team Lead at HCLTech, managing a team of over 15 analysts. Aditya's career also includes experience as a BSS Lead at Ericsson, where management of over 10 BSS engineers was a key responsibility, and as an Associate Customer Support at Tech Mahindra. Aditya holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DRIEMS University and completed intermediate studies in Science at Jyoti Niketan School.
