ArunPrasad Arockiasamy has extensive experience in talent acquisition, primarily with Cognizant from November 2017 to October 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager in the Digital Business/AI & Analytics sector. In this role, ArunPrasad managed a substantial team of recruiters, sourcers, and onboarding coordinators, both on-site and off-shore, to fulfill hiring needs within the Artificial Intelligence & Analytics business unit, while collaborating with business unit heads and stakeholders to define and implement hiring strategies. Prior to Cognizant, ArunPrasad served in various positions, including Manager Talent Acquisition and Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, and began the career as a Senior Recruiter at Amtex Systems.
