Aslam Canchi Mohamed

Aslam Canchi Mohamed is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the information technology and healthcare sectors. From June 2016 to January 2023, Aslam served as Chief Operating Officer for Cognizant's Americas business, managing a $15 billion portfolio that included Professional IT Services, Consulting, and M&A, while also partnering with the executive leadership team. Additionally, Aslam held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Health Sciences segment, overseeing operations in Healthcare and Life Sciences, and previously led operations for Healthcare in the West Region. Prior to Cognizant, Aslam worked at Wipro from March 2003 to February 2006 as a Program Manager, focusing on efficient operations and client objectives. Aslam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Madras and a Master’s degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
