Daniel Lapczuk

Daniel Lapczuk is an experienced professional specializing in urban mobility and spatial planning. Currently serving as a Transit City Expert for Google Maps at Cognizant since April 2024, Daniel has a robust background in mobility consultancy, having worked with inno2grid GmbH and BuroHappold Engineering on designing mobility concepts for urban developments. Previous roles include project development and management at Smart City | DB and data analysis internships at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Deutsche Umwelthilfe. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Spatial Planning from TU Dortmund University and has completed additional studies in Urban Design at Aalborg University and Architecture at the University of Buenos Aires, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Economics from the University of Bremen.
