Douglas Smith

Douglas Smith, CPP, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Global Business Resilience, Technology, Strategy, and Solutions at Cognizant since 2018. In this role, Douglas conceives and executes comprehensive security system designs while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective project management. Prior to Cognizant, Douglas held the position of Security Director at Dark Rhino Security, where valuable insights were provided to enhance organizational risk profiles. As a Security Manager at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., Douglas focused on improving security performance and introducing improved access control measures. Additionally, at NetJets, Douglas contributed to business continuity and managed security design and standards for new facilities.
