Hady Ashour

Hady Ashour is a Senior Automation Engineer at Cognizant, contributing to the automation team for Eli Lilly Ireland since July 2023, focusing on the development and integration of automation systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Prior to this role, Hady served as an Automation Team Manager at SEGITEC from February 2020 to June 2023, where management of engineers involved in the design and maintenance of industrial automation systems was a key responsibility. Hady's extensive experience in automation includes significant positions at Invensys, where roles spanned from Lead DCS & Safety Systems Engineer to Application Engineer over nearly 12 years. Hady began a professional career at PROTEC as a Proposal Engineer, providing technical support for motors, control systems, and instrumentation. Hady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric Power and Machines from Ain Shams University, completed in 2006.
