Jerome Mathias

Jerome Mathias is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in solution architecture and IT management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Solution Architecture at Cognizant since January 2018, Jerome previously held the position of IT Director at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from September 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing a technology portfolio exceeding $20M and leading a team of 150. Earlier career roles included Manager of Corporate Systems at CareFirst, where Jerome managed critical technology implementations, and Account/Program Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, directing application maintenance and development for multiple clients. Jerome's educational background includes an MS in Information Technology from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University.
