Maggie Shonka

Maggie Shonka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and business process services. Currently serving as Associate Director of BPS Delivery at Cognizant since September 2016, Maggie previously held the position of SBU Manager at Xerox in 2016. Prior to that, Maggie spent sixteen years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, progressing through various roles including Director of Customer Care, where responsibility included leading a team of 450 customer service employees and managing a 400-seat call center. Additional experience includes managing a $150 million annual revenue P&L account as Client Executive and overseeing client account initiatives as Senior Client Account Manager. Early career roles included positions at Accudocs and Marketlink Inc., focusing on client liaison and program oversight. Maggie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Loras College.
