Michelle Kelly

Michelle Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Growth & Transformation at Cognizant Moment since November 2021. In previous roles at Cognizant, Kelly held positions such as Strategic Growth Lead for AI, Data & Analytics and Head of Global Sales Strategy. As a Board Member of The MicroDreams Foundation since September 2020, Kelly contributes to social impact initiatives. Prior to joining Cognizant, Kelly was the Global Head of Growth and Global Head of Digital Marketing Operations at Publicis Sapient, and held the position of Director, Marketing & Global Salesforce Program Owner at Sapient. Early career experience includes project delivery at TD Securities. Academically, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies with a focus on Environmental Science from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Business in International Business from the University of South Australia.
