Milind Damle is a seasoned professional in digital business and technology, currently serving as a Digital Business and Technology Leader at Cognizant since May 2025. Prior to this role, Milind held the position of Principal - Client Partner at Apexon from July 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing the P&L for a portfolio of accounts, providing value-added solutions in Digital Engineering, Data/Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and Connected Patient Experience, as well as offering thought leadership and ensuring customer satisfaction. Milind holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed between January 1992 and January 1996, and attended Sacred Heart Boys High School from January 1980 to January 1990.
