Mohd. Saif

Mohd. Saif has extensive experience in digital operations, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Cognizant since August 2014, having progressed through roles including Team Manager, Team Lead, and Process Trainer. Prior to Cognizant, Mohd. Saif worked as a Subject Matter Expert at EXL from March 2010 to August 2014. Educationally, Mohd. Saif holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Pondicherry University, attained in 2013, a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University in 2008, and certifications in insurance from The Institutes, including an Introductory course and Property & Casualty Insurance, completed in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
