Ramsi Bedeir

Ramsi Bedeir is a digital transformation leader specializing in experience-led product innovation and CX/EX strategy and design leadership. Currently a Senior Director in the Public Sector at Cognizant, Ramsi provides digital transformation advisory services and manages complex engagements for clients in the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Ramsi held various roles at IBM, including Customer Experience Director and Associate Partner, where they drove digital strategy and customer experience initiatives across government and healthcare sectors. Ramsi began their career as a Live Presenter and Broadcaster at Radio One and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the American University of Beirut.
