Ritu Arora is an experienced training and business operations professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Ritu has served as Deputy General Manager of Training at Cognizant and AGM of Training & Contact Centre at Spectra. Additionally, Ritu was a Founding Member and Head of Business Operations at Inner Truth Consulting Services and held the position of AVP Training & Quality - Projects Head at GLOBAL ACT. Ritu also worked as GGM-National Account Head for L&D Partner & Knowledge Management at Centum Learning Ltd. Ritu Arora has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Delhi University and completed secondary education in Humanities at St Anthony School Hauz Khas.
