Roxana Spantu holds significant leadership experience in finance and operations across various prominent organizations. Currently, Roxana serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Cognizant in Romania and previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Cognizant Softvision. Prior to these positions, Roxana worked at Michelin as Head of Finance for Europe SSC and gained extensive experience at KPMG Romania as an Audit Senior Manager. Additionally, Roxana was the Financial Director at Cargill Romania, showcasing a strong background in financial management and operational leadership.
