Lori Soares Duarte possesses extensive experience in customer service and journalism. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Cognodata since June 2019, Lori oversees services for selected clients of Banco Santander Totta in Portugal, specializing in Platinum and Premium Travel clients. Responsibilities include managing travel loyalty programs, providing individual travel proposals, and analyzing weekly reservation reports. Previously, Lori held bilingual customer service roles at Anekis, S.A. from June 2013 to the present, and has experience in writing, contributing to several publications such as Wall Street International and La Crónica de León. Lori holds a degree in Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has pursued further studies in Communication Sciences at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, alongside ongoing education in Spanish Language and Literature at U.N.E.D.
