Max Sturridge

Max joined Cognosis in May 2022, having previously spent 8 years working in Industry and Consulting roles.

After studying Spanish & History at Nottingham University, Max joined Sainsbury’s graduate scheme where he went on to specialise in digital marketing. Following a brief stint abroad, Max joined Rightmove and became Commercial Director of its Overseas business. However, after five years’ operating in Sales & Marketing roles, Max fancied something fundamentally different, and so he made the switch to consulting.

Three years at Alchemmy Consulting provided experience working across different sectors (Transport, Retail and National Defence) and different capabilities (Business Transformation & Business Change, Operational Efficiency, and Digital & Data), and offered him solid project and programme management responsibilities. But having tasted a few strategy projects, the temptation to join Cognosis and focus on growth projects grew too strong.
