Anthony Fredrick has over 19 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Anthony began their career in 2001 as a Manager at Birch Communications. In 2014, they joined Cbeyond - now a Birch Company - as a Product Manager, where they led a team of network & system engineering professionals responsible for planning, designing, implementing and providing ongoing support of network systems of high complexity to fulfill the business needs. In 2017, they moved to Momentum Telecom as a Supervisor Hosted PBX Implementation. Currently, Anthony is the Manager of Customer Experience at Cognosos, Inc.

Anthony Fredrick attended Dartmouth College from 1991 to 1996, where they studied History. In 2014, they obtained a CCENT certification. In 2017, they obtained an Edgwater Certified Solutions Professional certification, and in 2018 they obtained an ADTRAN Technical Solutions Professional certification.
