Willie Montgomery

Willie Montgomery has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1996. Willie began their career as a NOC Technician at AT&T Tridom, then moved to AT&T Broadband as a Network Technician III in 1999. In 2003, they joined CBeyond INC as a Tier III Engineer, Manager, Command Center Sr. Manager, and NOC Manager. In 2013, they were a Manager at CDI Managed Services, then a Director of Platform Operations at Clearleap in 2014. In 2015, they were a Sr. Manager of Network Engineering at T-Systems (ThyssenKrupp Global Account). Since 2017, they have been an Operations Leader at Cognosos, Inc., where they have developed and implemented a strategic vision for the Operations organization and provided leadership and subject matter expertise to assure the consistent execution of this vision for a start up. Willie has also directly supported the efforts of remote monitoring and management across the Company network.

Willie Montgomery attended Southern Polytechnic State University and has obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification.
