Merugu Gayathri

Merugu Gayathri is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and corporate operations. Currently serving as Lead Corporate HR at CognoWiz since October 2024, Merugu has previously held positions including Senior HR Operations & Recruitment Specialist and Accounts at Fluxtek Solutions Inc from October 2023 to September 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Executive at 3B Staffing LLC from June 2022 to October 2023 and Human Resources Intern at TATA Advanced Systems Limited for the first half of 2022. Merugu holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Malla Reddy College of Engineering & Technology, completed in October 2022, and a Bachelor's degree from SR Degree & PG College for Women, earned in November 2020. Early education includes an Intermediate degree from SR College for Girls and schooling at Standard High School.
