Ellen Richstone

Ellen Richstone serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, currently holding positions as Audit Chair at Cognition Therapeutics, Inc., Superior Industries, and Orion Energy Systems Inc. Richstone's extensive experience in corporate governance includes a past role as Board Director and Audit Chair at eMagin Corporation, which was sold to Samsung in late 2023. In addition to these roles, Richstone is involved with the American College of Corporate Directors and chairs the Program Committee at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD-New England). Richstone's academic background includes a Master's in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's in Political Science and Government from Scripps College.
