Karen Mcgoff currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Executive Director of Customer Success at Cohealo, Inc., since April 2023. Previous experience also includes roles as Enterprise Program Manager at Apex Systems, Director of Customer Experience at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, and Customer Program Executive at McKesson Provider Technologies, among others. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
