At cohealth, we’re proud of our workforce diversity. It is our priority to have a workforce that reflects the diversity of the community we’re serving, as we know that makes us a stronger organisation. Our inclusive workplace culture enables staff to bring their whole selves to work, where uniqueness is valued, and people experience a feeling of belonging. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which our offices stand and pay respects to Elders past and present. We acknowledge the sorrow of the Stolen Generations and the impacts of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
