Wendy Fromhold is an experienced executive in the health and not-for-profit sectors, currently serving as Executive, People & Culture and Executive, Leadership & Governance at cohealth since November 2021. In these roles, Wendy Fromhold focuses on enhancing leadership, governance, and operational effectiveness while implementing strategic initiatives and organizational transformations. Wendy Fromhold also contributes as a Board Director for Homes for Homes and The Big Issue in Australia, supporting social housing and job opportunities for marginalized communities. Prior to these roles, Wendy Fromhold held various management positions, including General Manager of Corporate Services at the National Stroke Foundation and Western Region Health Centre, and operated a consulting business addressing organizational needs in the health and human services sectors. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science from La Trobe University and a Master of Business in Organisational Change & Consulting from RMIT University, along with completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023.
