Stef Flores

Stef Flores is an experienced Human Resources Specialist and Project Support Specialist with a strong background in nonprofit and community-focused roles. Currently, at Social Good Fund since March 2021, Stef supports fiscal sponsorship for approximately 600 projects globally. Prior roles include Program Coordinator at Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, where responsibilities included capacity building and risk mitigation for over 70 clients, and Program Assistant at The Denver Foundation, focusing on improving health outcomes for underserved communities. Stef's earlier experience includes a marketing and office management role at Edge Realty, where Stef enhanced client experience and drove business growth, and a Community Advancement Manager position at Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, which resulted in significant profit increases and improved community leadership training programs. An educator by training with a Master's degree in Education from UC Santa Barbara, Stef has cultivated skills in communication, project management, and community engagement throughout various professional experiences.
