Mike Buhse

Mike Buhse has extensive experience in building management, currently serving at Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation since April 2012, focusing on maintenance supervision, employee payroll, tenant relations, contract negotiations, and sales. Previously, Mike held a supervisory role at Tishman Speyer, managing properties such as Rockefeller Center and the Met Life building. From April 2002 to April 2005, Mike worked as a maintenance supervisor in property management for American Building Maintenance Co. at notable locations including Penn Station and 499 Park Avenue. Mike Buhse completed a high school education with a focus in Spanish Language and Literature at Fort Hamilton from 1976 to 1980.
