Nicholas Emenhiser

Nicholas Emenhiser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and fiscal administration. Currently serving as Development Manager at Cohen-Esrey since March 2022, Nicholas previously held the role of Fiscal Administrator for the City and County of Denver, overseeing project management related to affordable housing investments. Nicholas's background includes positions at Huntington National Bank as a Community Development Analyst, Novogradac & Company LLP as a Research Analyst, and Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing as a Development Intern. Early career experiences include impactful roles at Cleveland Restoration Society, University Circle Inc., and Asset Campus Housing. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Geography from Oklahoma State University, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Tartu.
