Philip Melton

Philip Melton has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the affordable housing and FHA lending sectors. Philip has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including serving as the Managing Director of Cohen-Esrey Capital Partners, where they are responsible for capital markets solutions for the company's principal platforms. Prior to this role, Melton was the EVP-National Director of Affordable Housing and FHA Lending for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, where they led the Affordable Housing Group. Philip also served as the Senior Managing Director at Centerline Capital Group, overseeing their Affordable Housing Debt and FHA lending platforms. Melton began their career at Grandbridge, where they spent over 8 years leading the Affordable Housing department and later overseeing the FHA lending platform.

Philip Melton attended the University of New Orleans from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
