Prior to this role, Melton was the EVP-National Director of Affordable Housing and FHA Lending for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, where they led the Affordable Housing Group. Philip also served as the Senior Managing Director at Centerline Capital Group, overseeing their Affordable Housing Debt and FHA lending platforms. Melton began their career at Grandbridge, where they spent over 8 years leading the Affordable Housing department and later overseeing the FHA lending platform.
