Sonya Shifflett-Bly

Sonya Shifflett-Bly, P.M.P., currently serves as Project Development Manager at Cohen-Esrey since October 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Junior Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP from September 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities encompassed market studies and real estate appraisal research. Additionally, Sonya held the position of Program Coordinator at Westside Housing Organization from October 2009 to August 2015, focusing on proposal research, planning, and organizational strategy development. Earlier experience with Northstar Marketing Group, LLC involved office and campaign management, data collection, and media purchasing. Sonya holds a double major in Psychology and Spanish from Park University and an Associate's Degree from Johnson County Community College with an emphasis on mathematics and Spanish.
