Molly McMath

Molly McMath is currently serving as a Law Clerk at Cohen & Malad, LLP since March 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Legislative Assistant for the Indiana State Senate from January 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed serving as a liaison for Senator Ryan D. Mishler, staffing the Senate Appropriations Committee, collaborating with lobbyists, managing constituent services, and conducting policy research. Earlier roles include a Legislative Intern position, which involved legislative research and staffing Senate committees, as well as a Legal Intern role at Caress Law Group, and an Urban Naturalist position at Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc., focusing on habitat restoration. Molly McMath is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Law and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
