Josh Silverman

Josh Silverman has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Josh currently serves as the Principal of Acquisitions at Cohen & Steers since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Northwood Investors LLC, starting as an Analyst in September 2012 and progressing through the ranks to become an Associate from January 2015 to December 2017. From January 2018 to April 2021, they held the position of Vice President at Northwood Investors LLC. Before joining Northwood Investors LLC, they worked as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank from July 2011 to August 2012. Additionally, they gained experience during their internship as a Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank in June 2010.

Josh Silverman completed their Executive MBA at The Wharton School from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Music from Duke University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Josh attended Universidad CEU San Pablo until 2009, although their specific degree or field of study during that time is unknown.
