Shrbp Erin Schmidt

Erin Schmidt, sHRBP, has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Erin began their career at Schmidt & Wilson, LLC as a Payroll/Accounting Intern in 2018. In 2020, Erin joined ZOLL Medical Corporation as a Reimbursement Specialist and worked there until 2021. Erin then transitioned to UPMC, where they held the positions of University Relations Specialist from November 2021 to August 2022, and University Relations Recruiter from August 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Erin is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II - Campus Recruiting & Programs at Cohen & Company, starting in February 2023.

Erin Schmidt, sHRBP, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Grove City College. Erin attended Grove City College from 2016 to 2020. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute.
