H. Andrew Chang

H. Andrew Chang currently serves as Vice President Asia Pacific at Cohere since May 2025 and is also a member of the Board of Directors at SK Networks since March 2024. Prior to these roles, Chang held positions including Area Vice President & Country Manager Korea at Confluent from April 2023 to May 2025, and Managing Director Korea at Google from January 2022 to March 2023. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager Business Strategy & Enterprise Commercial Asia Pacific at Microsoft, Vice President for Industrial & Distribution Sectors Asia Pacific at IBM, and Senior Vice President at Samsung SDS, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
