Mary Pat Champion

Mary Pat Champion, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mary Pat is currently working at Cohere Beauty as the Head of Human Resources since September 2023 and previously as the Human Resources Director since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Frankel Zacharia, LLC from June 2020 to June 2021 in a Human Resources role. From October 2018 to June 2020, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The Lund Company.

Mary also has experience working at Novozymes from September 2010 to September 2018, serving as the People and Organization Manager. In this role, they delivered various HR services to different lines of business and collaborated with a global HR organization. From June 2005 to August 2010, they worked at CSG Systems, Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner. Mary Pat started their career in 1998 at Oriental Trading Company/Fun Express (OTC subsidiary) as a Human Resources Supervisor, where they worked until 2005.

Mary Pat Champion, PHR, SHRM-CP, attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Metropolitan Community College. In 2003, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2006, they received an MBTI Qualification. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Professional (CP) certification from the SHRM.
