Kathleen Knocke

Kathleen Knocke, PhD, currently serves as Principal Data Analyst at Cohere Health since June 2025. Prior experience includes working as an economist in the Office of Health Policy at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from April 2022 to June 2025, and serving as an ORISE Fellow in the same office. Kathleen was a Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov) from August 2021 to April 2022, and held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the North Carolina Rural Health Research Program and the Comprehensive Cancer Control Collaborative of North Carolina. Early career roles include internships with the Texas Senate Finance Committee and the Texas House of Representatives. Kathleen earned a PhD and MSPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Plan II Honors, Health and Society, and Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
