Melinda Brown is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, commercial agreements, finance, employment matters, and litigation management. Currently serving as General Counsel at Cohere Health since September 2022, Melinda previously held key legal positions, including Attorney at Outside GC LLC, General Counsel at Draper Laboratory, and Vice President & General Counsel at NameMedia, Inc. and Sonus Networks. Melinda's career began as an Associate at Gaston & Snow, with a foundational role at Lotus Development, progressing to positions of increasing responsibility at IBM/Lotus.
