Freda Tasco, PRC, CIR has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Freda began their career at IQ Technology Solutions in 2009 as a Project Coordinator, where they supported project managers in various project planning activities and assisted in controlling and tracking project performance. Freda then moved on to Triple Canopy in 2013, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant and managed all employee data and records, processed global Workers Compensation claims, and administered the Drug and Alcohol Program. In 2015, they joined Constellis Group as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were the main HR contact for all government contracts and ensured regulatory compliance. Freda later worked at SOC LLC as a Recruiter from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they held the positions of HR/Office Manager at Cohere Technology Group and Corporate Recruiter at American Security Programs.

Freda Tasco has pursued education in various fields throughout their academic journey. Freda attended ITT Technical Institute-Chantilly, where they focused on Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Later, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in Project Management. To further enhance their knowledge, Freda pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General.
