Niki Clarke-Crossman

Global Head, Customer Success at Coherent

Niki Clarke-Crossman has extensive experience in customer success and client services. Their most recent role was as the Global Head of Customer Success at Coherent. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success for APAC & EMEA at the same company.

Niki has also held leadership positions at various other organizations, including being a Co-Founder of the Customer Success Executive Circle and the Founder of ThinkSuccess.Net.

In terms of industry experience, Niki has worked at tech companies such as Confluent, where they were the Senior Director of Customer Success & Technical Post Sales for APAC. They also served as the Director of Commercial Customer Success for APAC at Datadog.

Earlier in their career, Niki held management roles at Perx Technologies, where they were the Senior Director of Client Services & Customer Success and the Director of Client Services. They also founded Doggies Galore, a company in the pet industry.

In addition, Niki has held positions at TIBCO, Sizmek (formerly MediaMind), and Universal Music Group, bringing a diverse range of experience to their work.

Niki Clarke-Crossman completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Lincoln in 2003. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster from 2006 to 2008. In 2003, they also earned a certification in LOCON & Steinberg Music Production from Point Blank. In 2020, Niki attended the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management. Currently, Niki is studying for a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Customer Success at the University of Canberra, which they are expected to complete in 2024. They have also obtained various certifications such as Coherent Spark Certified Admin User, Coherent Spark Certified Business User, and Coherent Spark Certified Tech User from Coherent. Additionally, Niki obtained the Research Integrity Module (RIM) and The Academic Integrity Module (AIM) certifications from the University of Canberra in 2022.
