Ivan Gradev has a diverse range of work experience in business development and project management roles. Ivan is currently the Head of Business Development at Coherent Labs, a leader in game UI middleware, where they help developers and designers incorporate modern technologies to streamline UI development. Prior to this, Ivan worked as the Head of Business Development at Zariba Ltd, a mobile gaming company, where they successfully increased profits through app sales and partnership agreements. Ivan also served as a Product Manager at Payslip, a global payroll management technology provider, and as the Head of Business Development/Project Manager at Shopmetrics Europe Ltd., where they led sales teams and managed key accounts across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Ivan started their career as a Sales Intern at Solvay, where they conducted research and provided valuable insights for strategic investment decisions.
