Lynn Campbell

Lynn Campbell has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Lynn began their career in 1997 as a Senior Expatriate Representative/Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP. In 1999, they moved to Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Implementation Consultant, International HR. In 2000, they were hired as the Global Director of Human Resources at Flextronics, where they managed human resource functions during a merger into Flextronics. In 2002, they returned to LMC Solutions as the Principal, HR Leadership Development and International HR Services. In 2004, they became the International Human Resource Manager at Silicon Laboratories, and in 2007 they were hired as the HR Director/Business Partner at NXP Semiconductors. In 2008, they moved to Freescale Semiconductor as the Global HR Manager. In 2010, they were hired as the Senior HR Manager at MediaTek, and in 2020 they moved to Coherent Logix, Inc. as the Head of HR/Recruiting. At Coherent Logix, Inc., they are responsible for leading HR and Recruiting activities, and their focus is to continue to provide employees a great place to work through ensuring current technology helps to reduce their time doing any HR tasks.

Lynn Campbell has a Master of International Management (MIM) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, obtained between 1991 and 1992, with a field of study in International Business. Lynn also has a BA from Eastern Washington University, obtained between 1984 and 1988, with a field of study in International Affairs. In April 2019, Campbell obtained four certifications from Future Workplace: Using AI 4 HR: Certified, Using AI 4 HR: Learning & Development, Using AI 4 HR: Onboarding, and Using AI 4 HR: Talent Acquisition.
