Annette Leyers

Annette Leyers has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Annette currently holds the position of Head of HR People Development & Recruiting at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Expert in Talent Management & Learning at the same company from August 2019 to October 2022.

Before joining PIMCO, Annette held the position of Director HR/Corporate HR at Carl Zeiss AG from July 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager in People Development and Cultural Journey at Carl Zeiss AG from June 2016 to 2018.

Their earlier work experience includes managerial roles at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Manager of Professional Development in the Marketing & Sales Practice from June 2014 to 2016. Annette also served as a Learning Specialist and Professional Development Specialist at McKinsey & Company from August 1999 to May 2014.

Annette Leyers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FHaM Hochschule für angewandtes Management. This educational achievement took place from 2009 to 2011.
