Aleksandra Krawiec

Aleksandra Krawiec is a UX Specialist currently volunteering at Women in Technology Poland since August 2022. Additionally, Aleksandra has held roles as a UX/UI Designer at Tech Leaders from August 2022 to November 2024 and at Coherent Solutions from October 2022 to September 2024. Prior to this, Aleksandra worked as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator at Alexander Mann Solutions from February 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and improving automation. Aleksandra earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University between 2015 and 2020 and completed further education at the Software Development Academy from 2021 to 2022.
