Sergey Poznyakov

Sergey Poznyakov has work experience as a Business Analyst at Coherent Solutions and ISsoft, starting in September 2020 for both companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Lawyer for a State Organization from July 2015 to September 2020.

Sergey Poznyakov has a diverse education history with a focus on business analysis and law. From 2010 to 2015, they attended the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, where they obtained a Diploma of Higher Education in law with an economics degree. In 2019, Sergey attended Minsk State Linguistic University, focusing on international business marketing at an upper intermediate level. In 2020, they attended the Academy BELHARD to study business analysis in software development at both the basic and advanced levels.

Additionally, Sergey has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Sergey completed courses such as "Process Data from Dirty to Clean," "Prepare Data for Exploration," and "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" through Coursera, with certifications obtained in 2022. Sergey also completed the "Managing Project Stakeholders" certification through LinkedIn, as well as the "Professional Scrum Master I" certification from Scrum.org, both obtained in 2022. Sergey has further expanded their expertise through certifications in "Business Analysis Foundations," "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling," "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere," and "Requirements Elicitation for Business Analysts: Interviews" from LinkedIn, all obtained in 2022. Lastly, they completed the "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making" certification through LinkedIn in 2021.
