Klaus Engenhardt

Klaus Engenhardt has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Klaus began their career in 1995 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Oregon Center for Optics, Materials Science Institute (University of Oregon). In 2001, they joined Tektronix as a Principal Engineer, Technical Lead / System Architect in the Performance Oscilloscope team. Klaus subsequently held the role of Principal Technologist EMEA and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) EMEA. In 2019, they became Managing Director & Owner at T&M Tech Consulting and Sr. Director of Technology at MultiLane. In 2020, they joined Keysight Technologies as Principal Technology Lead & Program Manager - Integrated & Silicon Photonics and Telecom Vertical Lead. Most recently, in 2022, they became Director of Sales & General Manager, EMEA at Quantifi Photonics.

Klaus Engenhardt received their Vordiplom Physik in Physics from the University of Konstanz in 1994. Klaus then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oregon, which they completed in 2001. In 2013, they attended the OpSIS Design Workshop for Silicon Photonics.
