Ken Griffie

Ken Griffie is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in materials management, supply chain oversight, and manufacturing optimization. They held the role of Materials Manager at Positive Light from 2001 to 2003, where they significantly reduced material shortages and established supplier relationships. From 2007 to 2010, Ken progressed through various managerial positions at Coherent, culminating as Director of Operations, where they led a team and drove significant cost reductions and operational improvements. Prior to that, they served as Materials Manager at Findlay Industries from 1991 to 2001. Ken earned their bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating in 1991.
